We are seeking a visionary and passionate Director of Product and Propositionsto join our dynamic team and help us shape the future of luxury hospitality. You will be responsible for the conceptualization development and implementation of unique and innovative guest propositions that elevate our brand and exceed expectations.

As the Director of Product and Propositions you will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing our product vision and strategy working closely with our Chief Product and Innovation Officer (CPIO). Your mission is to develop a compelling product roadmap that resonates with our brand identity market trends and customer aspirations. You will lead the charge in conducting indepth market research and competitor analysis identifying emerging trends and unmet needs and utilizing performance metrics and user feedback to optimize our offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft the Vision: Collaborate with the CPIO to develop a compelling product roadmap ensuring alignment with our brands unique selling proposition and customer personas
  • Market Awareness: Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and anticipate customer needs
  • Embrace Data: Leverage performance metrics and customer feedback to inform product optimization and future iterations
  • Proposition Development: Create detailed briefs for new propositions outlining key features benefits pricing and gotomarket strategies
  • Drive Development: Lead the new product development lifecycle ensuring seamless execution across design engineering marketing and operations
  • Crossfunctional Leadership: Manage a team of experts across various departments to ensure collaborative development and implementation of propositions
  • Champion the Brand: Support the CPIO in driving product advocacy articulating the value proposition to captivate our customers and team members

Requirements:

  • Industry Experience: Demonstrable experience working in the hospitality and travel industry with a focus on product management development or innovation targeting the luxury segment or ultra high net worth individuals (UHNWIs)
  • Product Development: Proven track record of developing launching and managing products or services tailored for the highend market including but not limited to luxury accommodations exclusive travel experiences or bespoke services
  • Customer Experience Design: Experience in designing and implementing exceptional customer experiences with a focus on personalization exclusivity and highquality service standards
  • Innovation and Technology: Familiarity with the latest technologies and innovations that enhance the luxury travel and hospitality experience including but not limited to digital concierge services personalized travel apps and VR/AR experiences
  • Crossfunctional Leadership: Leadership experience in managing crossfunctional teams to deliver projects that exceed the expectations of ultra high net worth clients ensuring seamless integration of services across all touchpoints
