Responsibilities:
Document clear concise and comprehensive test scenarios and execution steps to verify functionality
Documents and executes user story acceptance tests
Ensure functionality is delivered per the business requirements and product documents
Provides user story and solution support to Agile team members
Participates in backlog refinement
Assist with preparing userstories for backlog refinement
Supports investigation analysis and response to incidents
Testing existing system processes and provide recommendations for improvements
Ensuring product quality throughout the development process
Requirements:

Experience with test case design execution and defect tracking
Experience conducting automated regression and functional testing
Experience working in an Agile environment
Experience analysing business and data requirements

Specific Project Requirements: The company s Small Segment team is seeking an experienced, knowledgeable, and agile Change Advisor to support Small Segment initiatives by developing, implementing, and evaluating strategic change requirements in this space. The Change Advisor will play a key role in ensuring employee adoption and usage. The Change Advisor will focus on the people's side of change including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures. The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance. The Change Advisor will work with initiative teams and leaders to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization and greater proficiency of the changes that impact employees in the organization to increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI and the achievement of results and outcomes.
