Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to assess procurement needs and develop strategies for sourcing materials equipment and services.
  • Manage the procurement process including supplier selection negotiation and contract management to ensure timely and costeffective acquisition of goods and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels including monitoring stock levels conducting regular audits and reconciling discrepancies.
  • Coordinate logistics activities including transportation warehousing and distribution to ensure efficient movement of materials and equipment to project sites.
  • Liaise with suppliers subcontractors and internal stakeholders to coordinate delivery schedules and resolve any issues or delays that may arise.
  • Monitor and track shipments to ensure ontime delivery and minimize disruptions to project timelines.
  • Provide regular updates on procurement inventory and logistics activities to internal stakeholders including preparing reports and presentations as needed.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings in procurement inventory management and logistics operations.


Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement inventory management or logistics roles.
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices including supplier management and contract negotiation.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software/systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fastpaced environment.
  • Knowledge of renewable energy or related industries is a plus.
