About the Work:

• Developing and Implementing new processes as well as reengineering existing processes leading to efficient operations
  

• Meeting with the Area heads to assess existing processes and analyze data to identify opportunities for improvements in existing processes
  

• Designing and testing process upgrades and new process systems
  

• Developing standardized processes for process upgrades
  

• Developing Dashboards for the managers to gauge results of process improvement initiatives. (impact and value addition)
  

• Monitor that the correct process is being followed on identified SLA, incase of discrepancy, escalation required at all levels
  

• Developing escalation matrix for process compliance
  

• Performing process simulation and troubleshooting issues
  

• Empowering teams by communicating process changes in order to ensure that they are fully trained on new processes and procedures (Collaboration and Cooperation)
  

• Documenting all new processes with SOP to be followed
  

About You:

• Bachelors degree in any of the related fields Computer Science, Math, Economics, Data Science
  

• Expertise in SQL, Python/R
  

• 1+ year experience as a process engineer or similar role
  

• Develop analytical skills
  

• Should have a solution oriented approach
  

• Should not shy away from reengineering existing process for continuous improvement
  

• Driven for change management
  

• Enhance and polish presentation skills
  

• Should be able to collaborate with teams
