Role Objective ECHO Search is growing and we are on the hunt to hire a seasoned Principal to lead new client onboarding.
Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective clients and understand their challenges wrt Leadership Hiring or recruitment in general.
- Present ECHO Searchs value proposition.
- Manage assignment delivery & execution as well as farm existing accounts for repeat business.
- Build practice areas from 01 and 110 and act as a SME during new client pitches.
Qualifications
- 58 years of executive search or recruitment experience in an agency setup.
- Exposure to more than one regional markets or multiple sectors would be an added advantage.
- Team management experience is not mandatory.
