Responsibilities will include:
We are looking for a fulltime Primary Care Physician who will work one day per week in the office doing direct patient care while overseeing our midlevel providers remotely the rest of the days in the week.
Requirements:
- Valid MD license in the state of NY
- Open to work on some weekends
- Nursing home experience a must
