FILINVEST COMPANY: CORPORATE TECHNOLOGIES INC.

Presales and Solutions Specialists is a technical expert who support the sales process by providing detailed product knowledge demonstrations and technical expertise to potential customers. He/ She is responsible to provide the solution for customer requirements and provide professional services. The role will encompass overseeing PreSales PostSales and After Sales Support activities.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

KEY FUNCTIONS/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

PROSPECTING AND LEAD QUALIFICATION

  • Research and identify potential customers with specific IT needs.
  • Qualify leads by understanding their challenges budget and decisionmaking process.
  • Build rapport with prospects and establish yourself as trusted advisor.

SOLUTION DEVELOPMENT AND PRESENTATION

  • Work closely with the sales team and technical experts to understand customer requirements.
  • Develop tailored IT solutions that address their specific needs and challenges.

Create and deliver compelling presentations that effectively communicate the value proposition of the solutions.

  • Demonstrate product or service capabilities through demos and proofofconcepts.

TECHNICAL EXPERTISE

  • Maintain indepth knowledge of the companys IT products and services.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Effectively answer technical questions from prospects and address their concerns.

COLLABORATION AND COMMUNICATION

  • Collaborate effectively with the sales team technical specialists and marketing department.
  • Communicate clearly and concisely with both technical and nontechnical audiences.
  • Prepare all cost components needed for the solution to be submitted to product management for pricing.

SALES SUPPORT

  • Attend sales meetings and presentations to provide technical expertise.
  • Assist the sales team in overcoming objections and closing deals.
  • Track and report on sales activities and progress.

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:

Strong understanding of IT Infrastructure Software and Technical Solutions

  • Familiar in using business analysis flow charts activity diagram document analysis workflow analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills in interpreting business needs of customers and translating them into the application and operational requirement.

Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills who can do explain the benefits of the recommendations across departments/clients and assist to address uncertainty.

  • Capable of collaborating proactively with internal and external customers to analyses information needs and functional requirements and delivering use cases interface designs as when required.
  • Good in producing written documentations to support the work report on findings to present to the stakeholders when necessary.

  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Selfmotivated and resultsoriented with a strong work ethic
  • Basic knowledge of telecommunications principles standards and technologies as well as operational insights and experience in the conduct of technology assessment and review of emerging technology studies presented by the team.

EDUCATION TRAININGS LICENSES REQUIRED:

  • At least 3 years of technical presales or business analysis experience preferably in a technical environment.
  • Experience in the Telco industry is an advantage.
  • Bachelors degree in computer science Information technology any Business or ITrelated field from a fouryear college or university
