- Searching for new sales opportunities.
- Developing and maintaining a database of old and new customers.
- Follow up on collections periodically and ensure that there are no debts on customers
- Planning and developing the behavior of marketing activities.
- Constant follow-up with new and existing customers and knowledge of their needs.
- Making sales offers to customers about the company's products and services.
- Negotiate with customers.
- Develop sales proposals.
- Responding to sales work requirements such as customers' phone calls, or their personal presence at the workplace, adherence to the schedule of regular customer visits.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and good customer relations.
- Verify the quality of services and products that reach customers.
- Giving periodic reports to the direct responsible for sales activities.
- Seeing competitors' products and the size of the competition and making sure that the products are permanently available.
