Overview:

The role of a Pre Sales Executive is essential within our organization as they play a crucial part in driving sales growth and revenue by identifying and understanding client needs and effectively presenting our products or services to potential customers. This role is pivotal in building strong customer relationships and influencing our sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide sales support
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand the competitive landscape
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients
  • Assist in the development of sales proposals and quotes
  • Communicate with customers to understand their needs and address any concerns
  • Provide technical knowledge and support to the sales team
  • Negotiate and close sales deals
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover
  • Update and maintain sales and customer records
  • Conduct product demonstrations and train sales teams on new products
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to generate leads

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field
  • Proven work experience in a presales or sales support role
  • Demonstrated understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and problemsolving abilities
  • Ability to deliver engaging sales presentations
  • Technical knowledge related to the industry or products
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Customercentric approach with a focus on building longterm relationships
  • Experience in market research and analysis
  • Strong proposal and report writing skills
  • Ability to travel as needed
