An amazing opportunity to work with one of the best Mirrors and Art Consulting companies for an experienced vibrant and highly motivated PrePress Graphic Designer Assistant .
Reporting to the President/CFO and working with direction from the team you will be a selfstarting highly organised and experienced Virtual Assistant. Experience working within the consulting industry would be advantageous.
Responsibilities:
- Produce prepress graphics and text to job specifications/requirements.
- Shortterm needs for us will be learning the prepress role as well as researching regional projects for the team and organization of our drive system.
- Executes design layout and typesetting projects accurately and effectively.
- Sends jobs to digital output equipment.
- Assists inside and outside sales staff in promoting services to customers.
- Communicating and liaising with clients
- Designing and developing social media assets for clients and the company
- Participate proactively in a team environment to help drive company culture
Requirements
- Minimum 23 years of experience in PrePress work or any related work
- Understand the concept of prepress.
- Mustneeded skills are Photoshop Illustrator and InDesign.
- Great organization and research skills
- Experience working in an Art Consulting Printing Agency and Art industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Selfstarter with the willingness to take initiative.
Benefits
1. Monthly Salary: Php35000
2. Salary will be paid on a bimonthly basis on the 15th and 30th or 31st of each month
3. You will be paid extra for overtime and Philippines public holidays
4. Probation: 6 months and after Probation
- 10 days annual leave credits
- 5 days of sick leave
5. HMO offered after 6months probation
6. 13th Month Pay after 30 days
7. Laptop provided after 30 days
8. Permanent workfromhome role. You will have to use your own internet.
9. Annual Appraisal
10. SHIFT TIMES: 9PM to 6AM Philippine time Monday to Friday
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Pre-Press work or any related work Understand the concept of prepress. Must-needed skills are Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Great organization and research skills Experience working in an Art Consulting, Printing Agency and Art industry Excellent written and verbal communication skills Self-starter with the willingness to take initiative.
