competent Tender Executive. Aska products and Services provide for last over 3 decades especially in the field of
Fire Safety Rescue & lighting as well as countless applications for real time detection and monitoring surveillance
of quality of air & gases health of all infrastructure chemical warfare agents bacteria & virus surface and
underwater/ ocean navigation border security wind profiling etc. as effective
and economical as solutions under disaster management.
Roles And Responsibilities:
He will Monitor and make sure Tender and post sales executives work.
Pre Sales
Sales Support to Sales Team regarding Proposals Pricing Tender submission Product Catalogue
Product Data sheet Tender/Order copies.
Support Field sales staff including seniors for documentation support Quotes and Gem Catalogs.
It would be an extra advantage with having below knowledge.
1. Review all published Tenders related to ASKA Product.
2. Tender/Bid synopsis approval Timely Bid document review and submission
3. Representation query. EMD Review and submission.

Post Sales
Order / Job Review Analysis and Approval
Order processing Sales Order Approval in ERP adhering all T&C Order Acknowledgement to client On
time dispatch & delivery to avoid LD penalty. Coordination with logistics Vendor for POD Timely delivery
etc.
Ensure to share Dispatch Info and submitting all requisite documents Invoice EWay Bill etc with clients as
per PO ensuring GST / Income Tax compliances related to Customer Purchase Order .
Debtors recovery & followup Govt. Letter drafting.
& Bank Guarantee Review and submission BG Recovery after maturity.
Channel Partner / BA Agreements sign up.
Experience of 912 years (experience as a presales and postsales).
Knowledge of all type of contracts (Government and Private) is must.
Hierarchical knowledge of government organizations.
Current knowledge of industry trends and regulations.
Good administrative organizational Troubleshooting and problemsolving skills.
MS Office with Advance Excel Outlook CRM knowledge desirable
Good team development and leadership skills.
The ability to multitask work in a fastpaced environment and meet deadlines.
