Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic PR campaigns to promote the agencys brand services and accomplishments.

Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with media outlets journalists and influencers.

Create press releases media kits and other written materials to disseminate key agency messages.

Monitor media coverage and social media channels to assess the agencys public perception.

Organize and coordinate events press conferences and other PR initiatives to enhance visibility.

Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to align PR strategies with overall brand messaging.

Provide crisis management support by responding to media inquiries and managing communication during challenging situations.

Prepare executives and spokespersons for media interviews and public appearances.

Analyze and report on the success of PR campaigns making recommendations for improvement.

Stay updated on industry trends news and developments that could impact the agencys reputation.

Any other task/duty assigned by the line manager.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Public Relations Communications Marketing or a related field.

Proven experience of a minimum of 1 to 2 years as a PR Executive in an advertising or marketing agency.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messages.

Established media relationships and experience in media outreach.

Ability to think strategically and develop effective PR plans aligned with business goals.

Crisis management skills and the ability to handle challenging situations diplomatically.

Event planning and coordination experience for PR initiatives.

Proficiency in monitoring and analyzing media coverage and social media trends.

Detailoriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams and clients.
