B.E./B.Tech. Mechanical Mechatronics from a reputed Institution/University

57 years of development experience of Automotive Engines

Experience in PT Engine / Transmission Systems Integration

Conversant with applicable Emissions norms and Fuel Economy Regulation

Knowledge of various advanced/upcoming engine technologies

Must have a record of proactive delivery and commitment to meeting deadlines

Available to travel as required to support vehicle investigations and factfinding tasks

Must have ability to work with and negotiate with other functions to achieve common objectives

Knowledge of Powertrain Diesel & gasoline Engine Integration Development of Fuel efficiency Emissions and Driveability Manual transmission/Continuously Variable Transmission Peripheral FEAD & auxiliary components of Engines

Preparing & understanding Bill of Materials (BOM)

3D cad Software knowledge NX Creo Catia any domain is preferable.

Support calibration effort for driveability and vehiclelaunch.

Support early identification/understanding of emerging Quality issues for feedback coordination to homeroom.

Perform diagnosis for Powertrainrelated issues during development and postSOP

Failure report generation and feedback to design team

Investigation of failed parts for root cause analysis

Hybrid system functionality checks software flashing and performance testing

Errors & fault code detection with diagnostic tools and issue resolution

Experience to handle various testing related sensors and instruments and sensors.
