JOB Description for BI Profile

Profile Summary:

We are looking for a Team Lead and above who can create and manage BI and Data Analytics solutions that turn data into knowledge and is expected to be responsible for building and visualizing various offerings as requested by the clients on a regular basis. The individual must be an active contributor towards the overall objective and should be open to work in any shift (must NIGHT shift now) as per the business requirement.

One must have a background in data and business analysis and should be data analytical and an excellent communicator along with also have a business acumen and problemsolving aptitude to enhance business intelligence system to help us make better decisions.

Educational Qualification:
B. Tech / B.E (Computer Science Electronics & Communication) / MCA/ graduate with at least 3 years Computer Diploma Course from reputed institute.

Position Requirements:

Excellent business communication and presentation skills

7 9 years experience with MS BI Visualization skills either in POWER BI or Tableau DB background

in SQL Server 2012 preferred logistics and SCM knowledge.

Experienced in data preparation data gateway data warehousing projects and proficient in MS SQL.

Must have knowledge in Power BI report/dashboard designing formatting and scheduling.

Exceptional analytical skills problem solving skills proven ability to provide business inputs to the

busines users.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Analysing data sets to find ways to solve problems relating to a businesss customers

Using automated tools to extract data from primary and secondary sources

Removing corrupted data and fixing coding errors and related problems

Developing and data systems reorganizing data in a readable format

Performing analysis to assess quality and meaning of data; provide insights to customers

Filter Data by reviewing reports and performance indicators to identify and correct code problems

Using any tools to identify analyze and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets that

could be helpful for the diagnosis and prediction

Assigning numerical value to essential business functions so that business performance can be assessed and compared over periods of time.

Analyzing local national and global trends that impact both the organization and the industry

Preparing reports for the management stating trends patterns and predictions using relevant data

Working with programmers engineers and management heads to identify process improvement opportunities propose system modifications and devise strategies.

Preparing final analysis reports for the stakeholders to understand the dataanalysis steps enabling them to take important decisions based on various facts and trends.

• Must work independently collecting the requirements and developing Dashboards as per requirements.
• Having analytical thinking for transforming data into informative visuals and reports.
