Overview:We are seeking motivated Portuguesespeaking individuals with a passion for sales and a knack for technology to join our dynamic team as Sales Representatives. As the first point of contact for many customers you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales success in the vibrant IT industry. If you are a selfstarter with a proven track record of sales excellence and a keen interest in cloud technologies we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the primary contact point for customers delivering strong first impressions and establishing longterm relationships.
  • Lead the sales process from initial lead qualification to purchase overcoming objections and negotiating successful outcomes.
  • Engage with small and medium businesses across various industries to understand their needs and identify opportunities to fulfill them with leading cloud technologies primarily focusing on Microsoft solutions.
  • Collaborate with Solution Specialists and Partner Connection Managers to maximize upsell and crosssell opportunities particularly with Microsoft cloud solutions.
  • Position competitive offerings and solutions within the context of customer needs and experiences.
  • Demonstrate the value proposition of Microsoft technologies both verbally and in writing helping customers envision their future with these solutions.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma required; BA/4year degree preferred.
  • 23 years of sales experience with a proven track record of success including a minimum of 1 year in the IT industry and 1 year in sales or customer management.
  • Familiarity with modern sales techniques and tools preferably with experience in retail sales corporate internships or entrepreneurial programs.
  • Experience working with or selling Azure Office 365 Dynamics 365 or similar solutions preferred.
  • Microsoft Fundamentals certification on Azure/Modern Workplace/BizApps is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently drive personal performance and take ownership of training and skill enhancement.
  • Excellent communication skills including proficiency in Portuguese with the ability to engage customers via phone email video and presentations.
  • General knowledge of the IT industry with the capacity to learn and retain knowledge about products and solutions quickly and accurately.
  • Achievementdriven personality motivated by performance rewards and exceeding annual sales goals.
  • Solid time management skills and integrity with the ability to work independently or under supervision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications Windows OS and CRM systems such as Dynamics 365 or Salesforce.
  • Passion for cloud technologies and a desire to make a positive impact in the industry.
