Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop PL/SQL procedures functions packages and triggers
• Optimize and tune PL/SQL code for performance
• Collaborate with frontend developers database administrators and other team members to integrate backend logic with the frontend
• Create and maintain database objects such as tables views and indexes
• Implement and maintain data security using roles and privileges
• Develop and maintain database documentation
• Perform unit testing and debugging of PL/SQL code
• Identify and troubleshoot database issues and performance bottlenecks
• Participate in the design and implementation of data models
• Assist in database schema design and application architecture
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to deliver highquality solutions
• Stay updated on industry best practices and technologies related to PL/SQL and database development
• Support production deployments and provide postimplementation support
• Adhere to coding standards and best practices

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
• Proven experience as a PL/SQL Developer or Database Developer
• Proficiency in writing and optimizing PL/SQL code
• Strong understanding of Oracle database architecture
• Expertise in SQL and data modeling
• Experience in performance tuning and query optimization
• Ability to work with large datasets and complex data structures
• Knowledge of data security and compliance standards
• Strong problemsolving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment
• Good understanding of version control systems and continuous integration
• Certifications in Oracle and PL/SQL are a plus
• Familiarity with ETL processes and tools is an advantage
