Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Should be able to explain transaction flow and understand highlevel concepts. Like IR/ISO O2C and P2P Cycle.
• Provide technofunctional expertise to support SCM IT systems
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into system features
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement supply chain solutions
• Develop and maintain documentation for SCM processes and systems
• Manage system configuration and testing for SCM modules
• Support endusers with system issues and provide relevant training
• Participate in SCM system upgrades and enhancements
• Identify and resolve technical issues related to SCM systems
• Lead and contribute to SCM process improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with data security and governance policies
• Provide technical expertise for SCMrelated projects
• Collaborate with vendors to evaluate and implement new SCM technologies
• Contribute to the strategic direction of SCM IT systems
• Conduct regular system audits and performance assessments
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in SCM systems

1. Required: SQL PLSQL Oracle Forms Oracle Reports and BI Publisher
2. Required any two: Apex Workflow and OA Framework

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field
• 8 years of experience in SCM technofunctional roles
• Demonstrated proficiency in SCM modules of major ERP systems
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes and best practices
• Excellent project management and problemsolving skills
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting for SCM operations
• Experience in system implementation configuration and support
• Knowledge of SQL database design and data migration
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with crossfunctional teams
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
• Certifications in SCM or relevant IT systems will be an advantage
• Experience in system integration and troubleshooting
• Proven track record in delivering SCM system enhancements and optimizations
• Understanding of cloudbased SCM solutions and technologies
• Familiarity with ITIL and agile methodologies for system development and support
