Tasks

• Manage transactions coding each properly while ascertaining the validity of each.
• Request missing documentation from team members ensuring that the formatting is compliant with local tax authorities.
• Spearheaded regular intracompany questions regarding platform use and travel. Troubleshoot.
• Prepare monthly travel spend analysis for upper management as well as for other accounting departments.
• Potentially extract receipts on a bimonthly basis to support spending as preparation for audits.
• Adhoc finance and accounting support as needed.

Requirements

• Specific educational requirements are flexible; however general technical prowess is a must.
• Must be able to maintain focus while performing a large amount of independent work. At the same time a very high standard of collaboration and responsiveness is required in order to adapt to moving and improved goals.
• While English is the company working language one must be comfortable using tools at hand to navigate a wide range of languages.
• Limited travel may be required.
