Were searching for a highly skilled Platform Engineer to join our dynamic team. Were looking for someone who can bring their expertise in developing and maintaining systems built for enterprise scale focusing on delivering innovative solutions that push the boundaries of fintech. You can expect to:

• Leverage cloud services and architectures (AWS GCP) to architect and scale applications mastering the complexities of cloud environments to enhance performance.
• Manage and optimize SQL databases for highvolume transactional data ensuring efficient data handling and storage solutions.
• Solve complex technical challenges in innovative ways particularly focused on scaling transaction volumes without sacrificing resiliency
• Contribute to architectural decisions and participate in code reviews to ensure high code quality and maintainability.
• Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams to design and implement new features optimizing apps for maximum performance and usability.
• Implement and integrate APIs databases and thirdparty services to support application functionalities.
• Write clean efficient and maintainable code while adhering to coding standards and best practices

with the right skillset.

Hard Requirements

• 5 years working on production web applications
• Rich experience in platform engineering ideally within a web3/blockchain setting
• Deep understanding of storage indexing data structures and algorithms.
• Strong experience in monitoring and codifying secure infrastructure
• Keen interest in working on crypto or other financial products
• Kubernetes wizard experienced with CI/CD familiar with Docker and SRE
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Have a passion for writing tests

Bonus Skills

• Strong understanding of Temporal and Postgres
• Have worked with large ETL pipelines and complex workflows
• Have worked with different blockchains or tools in the web3 ecosystem
• You enjoy working in startups and have been part of a team during its growth stage
