Planning Monitoring Manager

Role and Responsibilities:
The Planning & Monitoring Manager will be responsible for the meticulous understanding and evaluation of detailed rates for various construction activities such as civil MEP finishing supporting infrastructure external development consultant fees and other related costs in the construction industry. They will be required to check project costing budgets and cash flow with respect to baseline parameters. The role will involve assessing RA bills invoices and purchase orders of a project as well as a comprehensive understanding of contracts and contract methodology. The Manager will be tasked with monitoring project costs on a periodical basis conducting physical site visits as needed and preparing/tracking construction schedules. Additionally they will need to possess strong analytical problemsolving and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail. Keeping abreast of the latest developments in various real estate sectors construction technology and disruptions in different asset classes will be a key expectation. The candidate will be heavily involved in executing assignments coordinating with other consultants if required managing accounts during the assignment duration and ensuring impeccable deliverable quality and process management.

Candidate Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or related fields. A Masters degree and relevant certifications would be advantageous.
