Purpose of the role:

The role of the Pit Boss is to assist the Floor Manager in daytoday operations ensuring the smooth and professional running of the Clubs gaming areas (Casino & Game Studio). They oversee the team of gaming staff during their shift who in turn ensure that guests gaming experiences in both the online and landbased parts of the establishment are excellent.

Your responsibilities will be:

• Meet and greet guests in a professional and courteous manner.
• Register guests in the management system ensuring compliance with local legislation and KYC requirements and communicate these processes to the guest when necessary.
• Communicate any issues on the floor during their shift to the Floor Manager.
• Be able to communicate the drop casino win/loss and individual player win/loss when required by the Floor Manager/Head of Gaming Operations.
• Assist with player and guest identification fulfill requests from management in administrative tasks and communicate where and when necessary.
• Work with Hotel colleagues to ensure a seamless stay within the Bombay Hotel/Club and provide guidance and advice to guests about the local area.
• Create and maintain the break list for all gaming staff in the Casino & Game Studio.
• Ensure that the gaming staff follows the Procedure Manual and when necessary for a better gaming experience inform the Floor Manager about the potential need to temporarily adjust the Procedure Manual guidelines.
• Make sure that staffing needs are met for each shift and inform the Floor Manager of any needs to find replacement staff.
• Be prepared to go the extra mile for our guests and anticipate the requirements of those guests.
• Be able to execute emergency procedures (fire police ambulance and other unforeseen emergencies) in cooperation with the Surveillance and Security teams.
• Pass on any required staff training/retraining needs to the Floor Manager.

Key skills and requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years experience inspecting VIP games under casino conditions. Prior experience as a Pit Boss is advantageous.
• Techsavviness and aboveaverage computer skills.
• Poise and the ability to communicate in a professional and courteous manner at all times.
• Readiness to maintain an outstanding appearance at all times.
• Accuracy and attention to detail when performing daily tasks.
• Seamless clear and concise communication skills to keep colleagues informed about relevant daily operations.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; additional language skills are beneficial.
• Flexibility regarding working hours including readiness to work evenings weekends and holidays.
• Attentiveness to constantly and consistently anticipate guests needs preferences and requirements and take action accordingly to ensure the highest customer satisfaction.
• Ability and drive to mentor inspire motivate and lead team members.
• Obligation to follow the Procedure Manual for work.
• Minimum age requirement 21 years.

The hourly salary rate is 17 euros gross
