As a Physical Therapist at Sigma Rehab you will be responsible for assessing patients needs developing personalized treatment plans and providing handson therapy to help them achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct initial evaluations and assessments to determine patients needs and develop appropriate treatment plans

Utilize a variety of techniques and modalities including exercise manual therapy and equipment to provide effective therapy to patients

Monitor and document patients progress adjusting treatment plans as needed

Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for home exercises and selfcare

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals such as physicians and occupational therapists to ensure comprehensive care for patients

Stay uptodate on the latest developments and techniques in physical therapy through continuing education and professional development opportunities

Qualifications:

Bachelors Masters or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

Current state license as a Physical Therapist
