Overview:

The role of a Personal Secretary is vital in providing highlevel support to executives. A Personal Secretary ensures smooth and efficient functioning of the executives office by managing schedules handling correspondence and organizing meetings.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning appointments board meetings etc.
  • Attend meetings and keep minutes and Monitor office supplies
  • Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (email letters packages etc.)
  • Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
  • Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned
  • Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients
  • Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Produce reports presentations and briefs
  • Devise and maintain office filing system

Required Qualifications:

  • English and Nepali writing skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
