More About You

• You have a postsecondary degree or diploma.

• You have a strong interest in the insurance industry.

• You posses a Level I or Level II General Insurance License or a strong motivation to obtain one.

• You are naturally inclined to take initiative independently; you are resourceful and like staying uptodate.

• You demonstrate an otherfocused approach to people.

• You possess betterthanaverage computer skills your typing skills up there with the best of them!

• You can communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

• You are detail oriented organized and able to multitask. You understand the significance of these skills.

• You can work at a quick pace under pressure; possess time management skills.

• You like people and are willing to serve them with a smile even when conflict arises.
  

• Assets include experience with Keal / Vertafores BMS Applied Rating Services (Compuquote) and insurance company portals
  

More About the Role

• Sales and service. Attracting new clients and taking great care of the ones we already have.

• Responding to client inquiries regarding insurance coverage billing issues claims and certificates of insurance
  

• Providing quotations for potential policy changes

• Reevaluating appropriate personal insurance coverages on existing lines of business

• Processing renewals to ensure retention of existing client relationships

• Entering and maintaining client information in the broker management system (Vertafore Sig)

• Processing policy changes on insurance company portals

• Provide support to sales staff as needed

• Crossselling other First Foundation services to clients

• Answering and directing calls and emails to employees of the brokerage
