Personal Care Worker

Assist individuals who have difficulty performing daytoday activities such as housekeeping running errands preparing meals ensuring personal hygiene offering social stimulation and providing mobility support. Working with chronically ill or disabled clients in a home environment or care facilities.

Promptly documentation of each task through cloudbased software clocking in and out of shifts through designated electronic device. Effective communication of concerning progress or situation of a client to upper management. Practicing standardized methods of infection control documentation interpersonal and external communication and follow HIPAA guidelines.

Requirements

* Must be 16 years old or older

* Current and valid Immunizations chicken pox hepatitis B MMR and Tdap

* TB Skin test resultsNegative no less than 3 months

* CPR

* CBRF Certification or CNA Certification or CDCP Certification

* Reliable transportation Must be able to get to work on a timely and consistent basis

* 2 forms of Identification

Must present or sign a statement that you are physically able to perform personal care worker job duties with or without reasonable accommodation.

Must not be a legally responsible relative of any client assigned. Must possess strong ethics and be able to speak write and understand English well.
