Position Overview:

• Shift Information: 810 hour days
• Schedule: MondayFriday would consider a 4day workweek

• Limited call for own patients on the weekdays: Exchange that helps with calls after hours from patients so there is very little call they may get afterhours

• 1418 patients per shift
• MA and APP for support
• EMR: Epic
• Will accept candidates with H1 visas
• Must be BoardCertified: ABFM or ABIM
• Competitive base salary: $270K
• Medical malpractice insurance
• Student loan repayment package UP TO $100K
• $50k signon & $20k relocation bonus
• 401(K) Plan with match
• 4 weeks of PTO & 1 week for CMEs $5k allowance
