We are seeking a dedicated and versatile People and Management Support Analyst with a passion for fostering a positive work environment and strong knowledge in payroll administration taxes and benefits. This role is crucial in driving our organizational culture ensuring that financial and legal aspects related to employee compensation are managed efficiently and accurately.

Main Responsibilities:

  • People Management: Develop and implement innovative talent management strategies including development retention and employee engagement programs aligned with the companys vision and values.
  • Recruitment and Selection: Lead the recruitment and selection processes from defining job profiles to the final selection of candidates ensuring the attraction and hiring of the best talent.
  • New Talent Onboarding: Structure and manage a welcoming and effective integration process for new employees facilitating their adaptation to the companys culture and processes.
  • Payroll Management: Accurately manage the complete payroll process ensuring the correct calculation of salaries taxes and deductions.
  • Legislation and Compliance: Ensure full compliance with labor and tax laws staying updated with legislative changes that impact payroll and employee benefits.
  • Benefits Administration: Design and administer a competitive benefits package aiming for the wellbeing and satisfaction of the team.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze HR and payroll data to identify trends anticipate future needs and support strategic decisions.
  • Support and Consultancy: Serve as a point of contact for HR payroll and benefits questions providing support and guidance to employees and management.


Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Accounting or related fields.
  • Proven experience in Human Resources focusing on payroll management recruitment selection and onboarding.
  • Deep knowledge of labor and tax legislation HR practices and payroll management software.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and conflict resolution skills.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields.
