Job Description:

As a Pedodontist or General Dentist at Coolidge Family Dental youll play a vital role in shaping positive dental experiences for children and families. Your responsibilities will include:

• Pediatric Expertise: Providing specialized care for children including preventive treatments restorative procedures and patient education tailored to young patients and their families
• Compassionate Care: Creating a welcoming and supportive environment for children ensuring they feel comfortable and at ease during dental visits
• Comprehensive Treatments: Offering a range of dental services for patients of all ages from routine cleanings to advanced procedures with a focus on delivering exceptional care and building lasting relationships with families
• Team Collaboration: Working closely with our team to coordinate patient care and promote a positive dental experience for every patient

Qualifications and Skills:

• Pediatric Focus: Experience or a strong interest in pediatric dentistry is essential along with a passion for working with children
• Clinical Expertise: Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) with licensure to practice dentistry in the state along with CPR certification
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and a compassionate bedside manner are essential for connecting with young patients and their families

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive Compensation: Annual earning potential of $180000.00 $250000.00 including a guaranteed day rate and productionbased incentives:
  • New Graduates: $650 $750 day rate
  • Tenured: $800 day rate (D.O.E.)
