Salary: £30,000 per annum

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm with a 30-minute lunch break

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and process the company's payroll accurately and in compliance with all regulations.
• Maintain precise payroll records, including timekeeping, deductions, and tax reporting.
• Address and resolve employee payroll-related inquiries and concerns.
• Stay updated on changes in tax laws, payroll regulations, and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with external auditors and provide necessary payroll data and documentation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains in payroll processing.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Payroll Manager or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in payroll processing systems and accounting software.
• Strong knowledge of payroll tax regulations and compliance.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant payroll certification is a plus.
