Payroll Coordinator

What do we need from you:

Processing Timesheets updating payroll records and answering employee questions about payments. Ultimately you will ensure that employees are compensated correctly and on time.

What is the profile we are looking for

2 years of experience as Payroll Coordinator
Spanish and Conversational English Advanced
ADP Software Management
Knowledge of legislation relevant to accounting and payroll (such as the SarbanesOxley Act or the FLSA)
Intermediate advanced Excel management
Mathematical ability
Communication Skill
Detail Oriented
