Job Description:

• Responsible for checking in patients for their appointments, checking out patients and assigning a follow up appointment if necessary, verifying insurance, collecting payments and processing referrals.

• Also responsible for assisting providers as needed.

• Communicates with staff to efficiently, professionally, and accurately schedule deliveries and appointments by integrating various sources of information, such as daily capacity, employee needs, and employee capabilities.

• Will be required to enter data in the computer as needed. Checks in and checks out patients and schedules a follow up appointment if necessary. Verifies insurance, collects payments and processes referrals. May assist healthcare providers as needed.

• Communicates with staff to efficiently, professionally, and accurately schedule deliveries and appointments.

• Enter data into the computer as needed.
