We are seeking a highly motivated individual to perform various duties including pickup and delivery of heavy equipment parts, as well as shipping, receiving, stocking and daily maintenance of the storeroom. This is an entry-level position with possibilities for future advancement within the construction industry.
Heres Some of What Youll Be Doing:
- Maintain Brox Industries safety goal of ZERO ACCIDENTS
- Pick up and deliver needed parts
- Manage the shipment and receipt of all products, materials and supplies
- Collaborate and communicate with technicians when parts arrive, along with others involved in the shipment and receipt of products
- Track, trace and update the status of incoming and outgoing shipments
- Promptly unload trucks and deliveries and sort and stock receivables
- Maintain an accurate log sheet of daily moves, scanning inventory and counting accuracy
- Engage with vendors and drivers with a positive attitude
- Provide additional backup support for shipping and receiving department
- Inspect Fuel Island, perform daily and monthly inspections
- Check parts delivery vehicle daily for proper operation
- Assist with State Inspection Stickers on company vehicles
- Clean parts area and keep inventory organized
- Assist with snow removal
- Other Duties as assigned
Requirements
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills
- Some computer skills are required
- Maintain valid drivers license
