Do you have customer service or parts experience in the Automotive or Powersports Industry?
Are you technically inclined and love discussing the latest BRP, Can-Am, Mercury, and Yamaha Powersports and Marine equipment?

THE COVE is looking for organized, proactive, and customer-focused Parts Advisors to join their team in MacTier, ON! As a Powersports and Marine Equipment Parts Advisor you will deliver outstanding customer service by proactively assisting customers in store and answering inquiries by phone and counter sales.

The main responsibilities and tasks of this role include:
Assists all customers in selecting required parts ensuring optimum customer service.
Informs customers of companion part requirements and specials and ensures that the customer is exposed to the full product line.
Answers phone calls, providing price quotes and other information.
Returns all parts from workshop that are not needed or required by technicians.
Reviews body shop estimates to be sure the parts that are ordered are correct and all pricing is in line with the estimate.
Locates out of stock parts from outside source and submits an emergency order, if necessary.
Follows up on back ordered parts.
Notifies the Service Writer and the technicians when special order parts have been received.
Verifies will-call and back-order files weekly and returns to vendors, or stocks those items not picked up or required.
Replenishes assigned inventory daily.
Makes sure all internal requests for parts are billed on service repair order.
Receives payment from retail customers or obtains credit authorization.
Keeps orderly records of all repair orders, invoices, insurance estimates and special-order parts.
Maintains customer and company confidence by keeping information confidential and secure.
Maintains a positive working relationship with team members and management in a team environment.
Performs other duties as required.

High School Diploma or GED is A MUST Customer service or sales experience working with Automotive, Motorcycle, and/or Powersports Parts is an Asset/MUST. Ideal candidate is mechanically inclined. Deep understanding of and passion for market trends in the powersports sales industry is a MUST. Bilingualism (English/French) is an Asset Excellent verbal and written communication over the phone and in-person. Basic math and keyboarding skills. Periods of light physical effort. Excellent MS Office Software Skills.
