PARALEGAL PERE


Paralegal professional to assist Corporate Services team in providing Domiciliation and Corporate Secretary services to PERES clients (i.e. Private Equity and Real Estate Services). Consultant must be client centric well organized able to prioritize with organizational agility while being result oriented and also able to handle important workload i.e. demonstrate high level of accuracy and work productivity. Have a very good understanding of alternative investment funds operational services and all type of legal and corporate documentation in addition to MS Office skills i.e. Word and Excel.

We are looking for Paralegal consultant experienced with corporate/legal documentation for alternative funds (not SPVs only) in Luxembourg.


Responsibilities:
  • Organisation of the annual general meetings of the shareholders and board meetings
  • Handling of filing obligations with the Luxembourg Trade and Companies Register (RESA) & other corporate formalities following the holding of the AGM
  • File physically and save electronically the corporate documentation of the domiciled funds as well as the bank contractual documentation in relation to funds monitored in the PERES CS department
  • Prepare and provide to auditors corporate documentation for domiciled funds
  • Dispatch incoming mailings and other communications and organize outgoing of mailings and couriers
  • Electronical filing of various documents to be lodged with the RCS (annual reports changes to composition of Board of Directors Management Regulations) order of RCS extracts etc.
  • Online ordering of office supplies
  • Migration in/migration out listing of all documents call back the archives sorting of documents
  • Archiving preparation of files to be archived and coordination with the internal archives service
  • If and when possible according to workload perform non complex tasks in files followup under the supervision of a team member
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the Luxembourg Real Estate and/or Private Equity Funds area and domiciliary activities including corporate secretarial services.
  • Knowledge of Luxembourg Investment Fund regulations and Luxembourg Commercial Companies Law having an impact on Luxembourg Investments Funds.
  • Being a team player whilst being able to work autonomously.
  • Client centricity priority settings and result oriented.
  • Being curious and solution oriented.
  • Excellent command of the English language both verbal and in writing.
  • Excellent communication skills structured and pragmatic organizational agility.
  • Able to handle important workload i.e. demonstrate high level of accuracy and work productivity.
