Job Title: Palo Alto Network Engineer

Location: Miami FL

Duration: Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

1. Network Infrastructure Management:

   • Configure deploy and maintain Palo Alto firewalls switches routers and wireless networks.

2. Security Implementation:

   • Design and implement security policies and protocols using Palo Alto technologies to protect the organizations network infrastructure.

3. Routing and Switching:

   • Configure and troubleshoot routing protocols (e.g. OSPF BGP) and switching technologies to ensure efficient data transmission.

4. Voice Services Support:

   • Provide support for Cisco Voice services including Cisco Cube and Call Manager as needed.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field (preferred).
2. 35 years of experience in network engineering with a focus on Palo Alto technologies.
3. Proficiency in configuring and managing Palo Alto firewalls switches and routers.
4. Strong understanding of routing and switching protocols (e.g. OSPF BGP VLANs STP).
5. Experience with Cisco Voice technologies (Cisco Cube Call Manager) is desirable but not mandatory.
6. Palo Alto Networks certification (e.g. PCNSA PCNSE) is a plus.
7. Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
8. Effective communication and teamwork skills.
9. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
