Responsibilities:

• Build and cultivate strong lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  

• Identify emerging markets and shifts staying informed about new products and competitors in the industry.
  

• Answer telephones process orders and collaborate with the delivery coordinator.
  

• Proactively contact customers to generate additional sales and meet monthly quarterly and annual sales goals.
  

• Develop a consistent pipeline of new business through effective lead followup.
  

• Stay updated on construction processes and building materials to provide accurate information and recommendations.
  

• Document interactions with prospects and customers using standardized tracking tools.
  

• Lead engaging sales presentations for individuals and decisionmaking groups.
  

• Collaborate with internal teams including branch management project management design finance and others to ensure success.
  

Qualifications:

Requirements

Key:

• 1 year(s) of proven sales experience.
  

• Demonstrated ability to communicate present and influence effectively at all organizational levels.
  

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of the construction space
  

• Strong knowledge of construction building materials and Post Frame Structures.
  

• Detailoriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  

• Team player with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
  

• Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to closure.
  

• Effective collaboration with Production Logistics and Finance.
