Position Overview:
As an Outside Sales Associate you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships identifying new business opportunities and promoting our staging and interior design services. This role requires a selfmotivated individual with excellent communication skills a passion for design and the ability to thrive in a dynamic sales environment.
Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients understanding their needs preferences and future projects.
Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting networking and industry events to expand the client base.
Consultative Selling: Conduct consultations with potential clients understanding their design requirements and presenting tailored solutions that align with their vision and budget.
Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest design trends industry products and our portfolio of staging and interior design services to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
Quoting and Proposal Development: Prepare accurate and detailed project quotes and proposals collaborating with the design team to ensure alignment with client expectations.
Sales Presentations: Deliver engaging and persuasive presentations to showcase our design capabilities and highlight the unique value we bring to clients.
Contract Negotiation: Work closely with clients to negotiate contracts addressing any concerns or modifications to secure successful project agreements.
Collaboration with Design Team: Partner with the design team to ensure seamless communication and a smooth transition from sale to project initiation.
Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities leads and client interactions providing regular reports to management.
