JOB SUMMARY:
Reporting to the General Manager the Outside Supplier Process (OSP)/Materials Buyer handles the daytoday responsibilities for ensuring timely receipt of outside processing raw materials hardware and other procured services & supplies in support of company and its operations. The OSP/Materials Buyer will be required to interact regularly with a diverse audience both internal and external to the Company and at a variety of levels and functional backgrounds. The OSP/Material Buyers duties are broadbased requiring an ability to identify priorities and make adjustments and decisions where necessary and to perform the role in a positive confident cohesive manner in coordination with Operations Leadership.

QUALIFICATIONS:
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read analyze and interpret general business periodicals professional journals technical procedures and governmental regulations. Ability to write reports and business correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from employees managers and outside service providers.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to apply basic to moderate mathematical concepts such as sums and averages. Ability to create graphs and charts.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to define problems collect data establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
