JOB DESCRIPTION:

Application Engineer Oracle Webcenter

• Work collaboratively as a member of the team to support business operations for WebCenter/Middleware applications
• Designing developing integrating and customizing Oracle WebCenter products utilizing various development technologies such as frontend web development technologies (HTML/CSS JavaScript etc.) and Java
• Implementing contentfocused solutions including web content management document management and records management
• Troubleshoot Problems Conduct Bug Fixes for successful business operations.
• Writing Java and JavaScript code to enhance the user experience and efficiency of a search results interface.
• Providing leadership technical and project assistance to less experienced team members
• Developing documentation for software and customizations including user guides installation guides requirements analysis design specifications and custom training materials

Required Experience:

• 5 years experience in Oracle WCC (UCM) 11g/12c and AP Automation with ERP implementation projects.
• 3 5 years of development experience with the following technologies: Java HTML JavaScript SQL and relational databases
• Experience working with different Operating Systems including LINUX UNIX and Windows along with OS Admin experience file permissions directory access remote access.
• Selfstarter resultsoriented able to work in a team environment as well as independently.
• Ability to demonstrate good judgment tact and a clear purpose while under pressure in a very dynamic environment.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills; ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects at once.
• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or a related field

Preferred Skills:

• Able to work in a fastpaced environment.
• Knowledge of web and application server technologies including WebLogic IIS Apache Web Server and Tomcat
• Exposure on Oracle SOA/BPEL ADF.
• Excellent verbal and written communication active listening and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with other content management solutions
• Experience with website design (GUI tools user experience design site structure)
