Role: Oracle Techno Functional Lead

Job Description:
As an Oracle Techno Functional Technical Lead you will be an expert contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in business process consulting; you will define the problem propose and create the solution. You will also play an important role in the development configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes deliverables and contribute to the proposal development client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape valueadding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
Required Qualifications
- At least 4 years of Relevant Information Technology experience
- Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
- Preferred location is Saint Louis MO. However if you are not local you must be in the US and willing to travel for major milestones.
- Consultant should have very good hands on experience in Oracle Access security and controls knowing the roles in oracle cloud.
- Consultant should have working experience with business users.
- Experience in Oracle Access Employees Approval Limits.
- Experience in Oracle Cloud implementation configuration and setups
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Business Process Consulting problem definition Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes
- Experience in Oracle Financials/Procurement cloud will be added advantage.
- Should have experience in preparing and executing end to end test scripts.
- Should have onsite offshore work model experience.
- Experience in Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment
- Good Analytical and Communication skills
- Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel relocation
