Good Knowledge on Standard Fusion Webservices
Should have strong communication skills and problemsolving skills

Main skills required:
OSB 12c Development
Creating Proxy and Business Services
Designing and creating complex Message Flows as per requirement
Experience on various technology adapters (like File/FTP DB JMS/MQ/AQ Oracle Apps)
Designing and creating WSDLs and XSDs
Fault handling at various stages
Knowledge of Best Practices in OSB
Creating and implementing Secured OSB services
Good understanding of XQuery
