Job Title: Oracle Financials Consultant Experience: 6 years Location: Bangalore Contract Duration: 12 years

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

1. Implementation and Configuration:

   • Lead and participate in the implementation of Oracle Financials modules.
   • Configure Oracle Financials applications to meet business requirements.
   • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure successful implementation.

2. Support and Maintenance:

   • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Oracle Financials applications.
   • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the financial modules.
   • Keep abreast of Oracle updates and patches applying them as necessary.

3. Customization and Enhancements:

   • Work on customization and enhancement projects to improve the functionality of Oracle Financials.
   • Collaborate with developers to design and implement custom solutions.

4. User Training:

   • Conduct user training sessions to ensure effective utilization of Oracle Financials applications.
   • Provide documentation and resources for endusers.

5. Integration:

   • Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate Oracle Financials with other enterprise systems.
   • Ensure seamless data flow between different modules and systems.

6. Reporting and Analysis:

   • Develop and maintain financial reports using Oracle reporting tools.
   • Assist in financial analysis and reporting as required by the business.

7. Compliance and Security:

   • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
   • Implement and maintain security measures to protect financial data.

8. Documentation:

   • Maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations customizations and processes.
   • Keep documentation uptodate with any changes or enhancements.

Requirements:

1. Educational Qualification:

   • Bachelors degree in a relevant field. Additional certifications in Oracle Financials are a plus.

2. Experience:

   • Minimum 6 years of experience working with Oracle Financials modules.
   • Handson experience with implementation configuration and support.

3. Technical Skills:

   • Proficient in Oracle Financials modules such as General Ledger Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Fixed Assets etc.
   • Experience with Oracle EBusiness Suite (EBS) is essential.

4. Communication and Teamwork:

   • Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
   • Ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.

5. Problemsolving:

   • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
   • Proactive in identifying and addressing issues.

6. Adaptability:

   • Ability to adapt to changes in project scope timelines and requirements.

7. Contractual Requirements:

   • Availability for a 12 year contract in Bangalore.
   • Willingness to work onsite as required.
