Job Description

- Create processing steps and design new systems in accordance with users requirements by providing efficient application modernization architecture
- Prepare specifications flow charts and process diagrams that meet client and technology standards
- Work on Oracle Implementation projects for Order to Cash(O2C)Procure to Pay(P2P) Dropship BacktoBack and RMA cycles
- Work on business requirement gathering & analysis system study requirement mapping Gap Analysis Effort Estimation Functional Architecture design CRP(Conference Room Pilot) Solution Design POC(Proof of Concept) Testing and Implementation
- Perform and support the endtoend development testing and deployment of custom code components
- Identify enhancement opportunities for all assigned applications and drive change to improve development and integration processes
- Prepare Training Manuals and Job Aids and imparting training to the Key Super users
- Document the details in form of configuration document As is and To be process documents Business process and Functional design Documents
- Prepare the artifacts like user manuals technical manuals description of application operations and methodology documentations in the approved formats and store in document repositories like AODOC SVN Google drive
- Discuss with business identify the inefficient processes and perform impact analysis
- Work closely with the Air Liquide Business users to identify opportunities design and deploy automated processes replacing manual activities
- Conceptualize Technical solutions to integrate Third party and business applications with Oracle EBusiness Suite R12
- Work closely with Air Liquide Client to discuss and finalize the system architecture for the solutions along with the timeline for completion
- Evaluate the solutions and provide the software details to be utilized to meet the organization goal in the estimated time
- Provide a detailed list of technologies to be used for the implementation
- Discuss with team and estimate the cost/ effort for the given scope of work
