Oracle Cloud HCM Recruiting Functional Consultant

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand recruiting requirements
• Customize and configure Oracle Cloud HCM Recruiting modules to align with business processes
• Implement and optimize recruiting strategies and workflows within the system
• Provide functional expertise to support system integration and data migration activities
• Lead enduser training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure system adoption and utilization
• Participate in system testing and quality assurance processes
• Recommend and implement system enhancements to improve recruiting efficiencies
• Conduct impact assessments and provide solutions for system upgrades and patches
• Stay updated with Oracle Cloud HCM Recruiting module advancements and best practices
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment with overall HR and business objectives

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
• 3 years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud HCM Recruiting modules
• Demonstrated expertise in configuring Oracle Cloud HCM Recruiting system to meet specific business requirements
• Strong understanding of HR recruiting processes and best practices
• Ability to analyze and map business processes to system functionalities
• Experience in conducting system testing troubleshooting and resolving functional issues
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment
• Certification in Oracle Cloud HCM Recruiting module is a plus
• Knowledge of data migration and system integration concepts
• Proven track record of delivering successful Oracle Cloud HCM Recruiting solutions
• Strong problemsolving and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
