Duties and Responsibilities:
You will have a unique perspective based on technology trends and business drivers and contribute to key business decisions and customer engagement strategies and initiatives. She/he must develop a comprehensive strategy and get results by:
- Engaging with customers to provide unique domain expertise codesign products and solutions
- Help Customers transform and evolve their business with OCl laaS and Paas services.
- Define product strategy and gotomarket (GTM) model helping bring the industry value proposition to life for customers.
- Use domain expertise and analyze industry trends to advise product roadmaps create GTM design and coordinate as needed for emerging products.
Year one critical success factors
- Develop strong relationships with the relevant Sales Product Management and Engineering teams.
- Mastery of Oracle Cloud services.
- Successfully engaged with some of the largest and most strategic accounts and land several meaningful and sizable technical wins.
- Demonstrate technical credibility within Oracle and with Oracle customers.
What will you bring to the table
- Ability to navigate and successfully close complex cloud deals especially those involving partners ensuring customer needs are met while aligning with our companys goals.
- Deep understanding on Oracle Cloud and Exadata offerings including ability to develop compelling business value justification using cloud solutions around a known customer requirement
- Ability to collaborate with resources to lead customers from awareness through acceptance. Leading/ participation in discovery sessions and producing technical deliverables to move customers through the adoption lifecycle. Collaborating with all internal and external partners to validate proposals and execution plans including implementation and multicloud partners.
- Ability to work through a complex stakeholder organization managing expectations and parallel objectives. Providing executive level guidance both internally and externally.
- Ability to accelerate adoption by navigating through technical and organizational blockers associated with multicloud projects. Building relationships with the broader Oracle organizations.
Qualification:
- A Computer Science degree is preferred. An advanced degree is a plus.
