Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Oracle APEX Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing developing implementing and maintaining applications using Oracle APEX. The candidate should have a strong understanding of Oracle database concepts and be adept at translating business requirements into technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Designing developing and deploying scalable and efficient applications using Oracle APEX
- Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to gather and understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Creating and maintaining technical documentation related to application design development and deployment processes
- Performing unit testing debugging and troubleshooting to ensure application functionality and performance
- Optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Providing technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
- 6 to 8 years of handson experience as an Oracle Apex Developer
- Proficiency in Oracle database concepts SQL PL/SQL and relational database design
- Strong expertise in Oracle PL/SQL Oracle APEX development including building interactive reports forms and charts
- Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML CSS JavaScript and RESTful APIs
- Excellent problemsolving skills analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams
Preferred Qualification
- Oracle certifications related to APEX development
- Experience with version control systems (e.g. Git) and continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud services and integration capabilities
