Act as a first point of contact for consolidating Mastercard mandates and managing required initiatives to support compliance within adequate timeframes;
Actively and efficiently engages with key stakeholders including IT, Operations, Risk, Compliance and relevant cross-functional teams within the bank;
Facilitates channeling of technical or operational initiatives to the relevant stakeholders to ensure fulfillment of required mandates;
Provide support to resolve specific technical challenges pertaining to Mastercard mandates through leveraging Mastercard experts/tools or assets (whenever applicable);
Provide support to resolve technical challenges pertaining to authorization and/or integration to Mastercard assets (such as MDES);
Track progress on agreed initiatives with key stakeholders and provide regular feedback to Client business team;
Coordinate interactions between Client business team and Mastercard technical account management team;
Set up a program management practice to coordinate across on-going initiatives;
Create value visibility for priority initiatives across relevant metrics and KPIs with action-driving dashboard.
