As a OR Engineer you will:

• Join a worldclass team of Quantum and QuantumInspired experts with an extensive track record in both academia and industry.

• Work with Fortune500 customers from government and private sectors.

• Collaborate with the founding team in a fastpaced startup environment.

• Contribute to designing and improving Multiverses optimization codebase.

• Design and implement new Quantum and QuantumInspired optimization algorithms to solve cuttingedge problems across multiple industries.

Required Qualifications

• Master degree in Operations Research Applied Mathematics Applied Physics or related field.

• 3 years of industry experience in formulating implementing and deploying optimization solutions.

• Good theoretical understanding of mathematical optimization problems.

• Indepth understanding and expertise of optimization algorithms for LP MIP and/or QP

• Knowledge of various methods such as branchandbound metaheuristics and greedy algorithms.

• Handson experience with commercial solvers (CPLEX Gurobi ...) or open source solvers.

• Advanced knowledge of Python and related scientific computing tools.

• Ability to work with a diverse team of people both inperson and through online resources.

• Perfect command of English language good command of Spanish language is a big plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• PhD Operations Research Applied Mathematics Applied Physics or related field.

• Knowledge of ML/AI concepts and models

• Experience using git unit testing and docker.

• Ability to write grant proposals.

• Ability to write patent applications.
