I am recruiting for a fantastic leisure job in Bromley for a major leisure operator in the Fitness and Leisuresector. This is an incredibly exciting Leisure Management business. I am looking for an Operations Manager. This is a leisure job not to be missed especially for those of you who are budding future General Managers.

As an Operations Manager you will be responsible for the running of the facility and this includes opening and closing the site you will be directly responsible for the Swim Teachersand Lifeguards.

The site in Bromleyhas a great reputation in the local area and has some amazing facilities including a gym swimming pools as well as a two story library and cafe. Its a real hub of the community!

As an Operations Manager you will very much be the face of the business and manage all wet side operations. The successful candidate will have operational experience within the Leisure sector. You will have a proven background in managing the Operations in a large scale Centre and have a natural ability to lead and inspire a large staff team. Experience of a busy wet facility is essential.

The perfect candidate:

• You have experience in managing poolside ensuring all staff are fully trained and NPLQ qualifications are kept up to date. You must also hold an NPLQ qualification or be willing/capable of completing the qualification.

• Be driven by delivering an amazing experience to the members in an environment where no two days are the same. You need to have a handson cando attitude with excellent communication skills. Not only will you be taking ownership of the operations of the facility you will also be responsible for leading and developing your own team.

• Deliver on maximising the Swim School occupancy and assist with swim school booking processes while overseeing feedback & enquiries and always ensuring exceptional customer service. Promote the Swim program using marketing collateral via social media platforms and out reach.
