The Operations Manager will be responsible for the efficient operation of a smallerscale production facility. This includes overseeing production quality control safety compliance and process optimization. The role involves managing a team to ensure the plants efficiency productivity and adherence to quality standards.
Requirements
1. Bachelors degree in Engineering Manufacturing or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a production manager or operations manager role within the food or beverage industry.
3. Proven experience in optimizing manufacturing processes and reducing operational costs.
4. Knowledge of quality and safety standards in food production.
5. Strong leadership and decisionmaking skills.
6. Ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
7. Fluent in both English and Spanish.
